  • Development-oriented social and cultural programmes that contribute to promote inclusion and empowerment of nationals of developing countries. This includes the provision of materials (e.g. books, sport equipment), educational services (e.g. language courses), recreational facilities and equipment, as well as the organisation of tournaments and sporting events taking place in developing countries with participation of their nationals.
